The easiest airport to Ojai itself, with a scenic drive and a smaller regional feel. Flight options may be more limited depending on where you’re traveling from. Approximately a 45–60 minute drive to Ojai.

For getting to Ojai, we suggest sharing rental cars if you can coordinate flight times or scheduling a car service.
Getting around in Ojai
Ojai is very walkable and the hotels have bikes that you can borrow. A car isn’t necessary, but it’s nice to have one.

We’ve reserved room blocks at the Capri Hotel and Hummingbird Inn, two neighboring hotels just a short walk from one another. If you’d like to stay in one of our room blocks, please let us know when you RSVP. We’ll share booking details soon.

What is the dress code?
Attire: Ranch Formal
Think formal summer wedding with a touch of western flair. Suits, dresses, boots, bolo ties, and elevated western style are all welcome. Earth tones are encouraged, and since August in Ojai can be quite warm, feel free to dress comfortably for the weather.
The ceremony and reception will take place outdoors on a ranch, so we recommend choosing footwear that’s appropriate for grass and uneven ground.

Can I bring my kids?
While we adore your little ones, our wedding weekend will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you’ll take the opportunity to enjoy a fun weekend away with us, and we truly appreciate your understanding.
Will there be transportation from the hotels to the wedding and after-party?
Yes! Transportation will be provided—and is required for all guests. Shuttles will pick up from all Ojai hotels and take everyone to the ceremony and reception.
If you’re driving up just for the day, please park at the Capri Hotel and hop on the shuttle from there. At the end of the evening, shuttles will also take guests to the after-party and back to the hotels.
Can I bring a date?
If your invitation includes “and Guest,” we’d love for you to bring a plus-one! If you’re unsure whether a guest was included, just reach out and we’ll be happy to confirm.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Our ceremony and reception will be held outdoors on a ranch in Ojai. While August evenings are typically beautiful, the daytime can be warm, so we recommend dressing comfortably and choosing footwear that’s suitable for grass and uneven ground.
I have a food allergy. Can I make a special request?
